DESCRIPTION:The upcoming YM 2023 of the Southern Africa Yearly Meeting will be taking place from 3-8 January 2023 at Good Shepherd Retreat Centre in Hartbeespoort. \nWe hope that you will be able to attend this Yearly Meeting\, which will focus on Ubuntu. YM 2023 will be a blended Meeting in that we will be gathering in person at Good Shepherd as well as having some sessions being simultaneously available via Zoom. \nThe Registration forms and information documents can be downloaded below\, or from the SAYM page. \nNB NB if your browser blocks pop-ups (this is often the case if you’re using Chrome)\, you will need to allow pop-ups from this site in order to download the documents. \n\n\nYM 2023 IN PERSON Registration and ECTF Application — REGISTRATION FORM — Use this one if you plan to attend YM in person (including if you are attending as a day visitor\, for just one session\, e.g. the Richard Gush Lecture).\nYM 2023 ONLINE – Registration — REGISTRATION FORM — Use this one if you will be attending online only. An outline of the planned programme is part of the registration form. Registered Friends will be notified of any updates. \nParticipants should please log in at least 10 minutes before each session begins. There will be comfort breaks in the sessions\, and time for reviewing minutes\, but these are not included in the Programme yet. The Children’s Meeting will not have a special YM programme as it already has an ongoing programme that will continue as normal. A YM document containing all submitted reports will be available from 16 July. It is extremely important that attendees read the YM document beforehand (and discuss it in their Meetings)\, as there will be no time to sit and read it while the zoom meeting is in progress. \nPlease download the registration form here and send it to Heath no later than 31 May 2021.
