SUMMARY:Yearly Meeting 2023
DESCRIPTION:The upcoming YM 2023 of the Southern Africa Yearly Meeting will be taking place from 3-8 January 2023 at Good Shepherd Retreat Centre in Hartbeespoort. \nWe hope that you will be able to attend this Yearly Meeting\, which will focus on Ubuntu. YM 2023 will be a blended Meeting in that we will be gathering in person at Good Shepherd as well as having some sessions being simultaneously available via Zoom. \nThe Registration forms and information documents can be downloaded below\, or from the SAYM page. \nNB NB if your browser blocks pop-ups (this is often the case if you’re using Chrome)\, you will need to allow pop-ups from this site in order to download the documents. \n\n\nYM 2023 IN PERSON Registration and ECTF Application — REGISTRATION FORM — Use this one if you plan to attend YM in person (including if you are attending as a day visitor\, for just one session\, e.g. the Richard Gush Lecture).\nYM 2023 ONLINE – Registration — REGISTRATION FORM — Use this one if you will be attending online only. You can indicate on this form if you need ECTF support for data or transport to where your Local Meeting is gathering.\nYM 2023 Map of Yearly Meeting Programme — version of 29 August 2022.\nYM 2023 Objectives and Agenda YM 2023 — version of 29 August 2022.\n\n\nThe deadline for registrations is 15 October 2022. \nThe deadline for reports is 31 October 2022.  \nPlease note that\, unlike previous YMs\, Local Meetings are *not* required to submit reports for inclusion in the YM Document. \nTo ensure you receive all relevant information about YM 2023\, please add the email addresses noted on the registration forms to your email contacts\, to prevent anything ending up in your Spam folder. \nWe look forward to gathering in person once again where we can strengthen our connections as Friends and each deepen our own spiritual lives.
